Using your care advocacy skills and experience, you’ll offer guidance and support to patients and their families—helping them access care, clarify provider instructions, connect with community resources, and reduce barriers to a healthier, more independent life. This is a remote, 1099 (contractor) role. You may choose part-time or full-time engagement.
