Marvin partners with many of the country’s top hospitals, including Cedars-Sinai, Jefferson Health and Geisinger in Pennsylvania, and the Harvard Department of Psychiatry, to provide a proprietary mental health care platform for their physicians, nurses, and staff. We are seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Sales Executive to own the new health system acquisition and pipeline development. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Partnerships, this individual contributor will grow Marvin’s health system pipeline and new logos. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking abilities, attention to detail, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development. They will have experience building and owning a sales pipeline, integrating feedback and executing on the outreach process, as a strategic sales executive in the healthcare vertical calling on C-suite executives at health systems. This position is available in Denver, Los Angeles, New York, the candidate will be expected to spend 1-2 days per week in the office, with the remaining days remote. ## RESPONSIBILITIES - Engage in day-to-day sales operations, prospecting, meeting with health system executives, and developing strategies to exceed quota. - Identify and establish partnerships and strategic relationships to expand Marvin’s reach. - Lead negotiations and contract redlining with health system clients and partners to secure favorable terms and signed agreements. - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance Marvin’s visibility and reputation. ## QUALIFICATIONS - Proven experience in a senior sales executive role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, including at least 2 years selling into health systems. - Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive organizational change and achieve measurable results. - Demonstrated sales excellence and quota achievement - Demonstrated success selling to health system C-suite executives (e.g., CMO, CNO, CWO, CHRO) and working with or selling to clinicians. - Experience creating and delivering strategic sales presentations and a comfort operating with ambiguity of an early-stage startup. - Significant experience and comfort using AI tools - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization. - Self-starter with an analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues, make data-driven decisions, and solve problems creatively. - Strong ethical and professional integrity, with a commitment to upholding the organization's values and standards. ## COMPENSATION - The base salary range for this role is $115,000–$135,000. This is a commission-eligible role with an additional target variable component of approximately $165,000 (uncapped), for an on-target total compensation of approximately $290,000.
