Healthcare Revenue Cycle Coding Director Required - This is a contract role for 3-4 months with a possible extension. - Need to have a coding leadership background - Key priority: Stabilizing the coding team as they begin the process to transition away from their 100% coder review model while maintaining compliance and revenue integrity. - 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, Revenue Cycle technology, Revenue Cycle operations, or a related field. - 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex healthcare technology initiatives. - Strong understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle processes across both hospital and professional billing environments. - Significant experience supporting Epic or another major enterprise healthcare Revenue Cycle platform. - Demonstrated experience partnering with senior Revenue Cycle, Finance, and IT executives. - Experience leading complex application implementations, optimization initiatives, or Revenue Cycle transformation programs. - Strong understanding of healthcare data, interfaces, workflows, application architecture, and system dependencies. - Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex health system environment. ## Preferred - Epic certification and/or significant leadership experience with Epic Revenue Cycle applications, particularly Resolute HB/PB. - Experience with Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, HIM, Claims, and other Epic Revenue Cycle functionality. - Experience within a large integrated delivery network, academic medical center, or multi-hospital health system. Hourly range: $100-$120.
