A Figure é uma empresa de robótica e IA que desenvolve robôs humanoides autônomos de uso geral. O objetivo da empresa é lançar robôs humanoides com inteligência de nível humano. Seus robôs são projetados para executar uma grande variedade de tarefas nos mercados residencial e comercial. A Figure tem sede em San Jose, Califórnia.

Estamos contratando Helix - Data Creators  para impulsionar o desenvolvimento dos nossos robôs humanoides. Nesta função prática, você vai vestir equipamentos de sensores fornecidos pela Figure para guiar os robôs em movimentos humanos e coletar os dados de movimento de alta qualidade que treinam nossos modelos de IA.

Esta é uma vaga em tempo integral, sendo uma excelente porta de entrada para a área de robótica: Criadores com alto desempenho têm oportunidade de crescer para Criador de Dados Sênior e outras posições de liderança conforme forem abertas.

Jornada: Operação 24/7, com múltiplos turnos rotativos (Manhã, Tarde e Noite). Os horários estão listados abaixo. Alguma flexibilidade para rodízio de turnos pode ser necessária.

- Manhã (Day): das 6h às 15h
- Tarde (Swing): das 14h30 às 23h30
- Noite (Night): das 23h às 8h

Responsabilidades

- Coleta de dados: vestir trajes de sensores e executar movimentos físicos repetitivos e precisos (caminhar, levantar, alcançar) que guiam o robô e geram dados de treinamento, por até 8 horas por turno.
- Aderência aos SOPs (procedimentos operacionais padrão): seguir à risca, sem desvios, os protocolos detalhados de movimento "Ground Truth" (nosso padrão de referência de como executar cada movimento), para manter os dados consistentes e com alta qualidade.
- Cuidado com o equipamento: ajudar a vestir e retirar os trajes de sensores, seguir os procedimentos corretos de preparação e encerramento e reportar imediatamente qualquer problema de hardware ao seu Inventory Team Lead (líder do time de inventário).
- Feedback e qualidade: sinalizar bugs (falhas) ou problemas durante a coleta, compartilhar feedback diário para melhorar o processo e trabalhar com naturalidade com metas diárias de coleta de dados.
- Segurança: manter o espaço de trabalho limpo e organizado e seguir as orientações de ergonomia para se manter em segurança durante tarefas repetitivas. Queremos que você fale cedo sobre qualquer coisa que não pareça certa.

Requisitos

- Capacidade de realizar, ao longo de turnos de 8+ horas, os movimentos repetitivos exigidos pela captura de movimento: ficar em pé, caminhar, levantar, alcançar e movimentar braços e pernas em amplitude completa
- Excelente coordenação motora, percepção espacial e foco sustentado
- Rapidez para dominar novas tarefas físicas e encontrar a forma mais eficiente de executá-las
- Abertura a feedback construtivo e motivação para melhorar continuamente
- Assiduidade e pontualidade; perfil confiável e responsável, capaz de trabalhar bem tanto de forma independente quanto em um time pequeno
- Disponibilidade para atuar em diferentes locais de trabalho em São Paulo e região metropolitana (os locais podem mudar)
- Conforto com o ambiente acelerado de uma startup, onde as prioridades podem mudar constantemente
- Inglês intermediário (B2): SOPs e ferramentas internas podem estar em inglês

Diferenciais

- Formação ou experiência técnica/prática (eletrônica, mecânica, TI, fabricação etc.)
- Experiência com troubleshooting (diagnóstico e resolução de problemas) de hardware/software
- Experiência com headsets de realidade virtual (VR) e/ou bastante experiência com videogames (ótimos indicadores de noção espacial e coordenação olho-mão)
- Contato prévio com robótica ou captura de movimento (motion capture)
- Paixão genuína por robótica e pela missão de escalar a implantação de robôs humanoides

- Salário base: R$ 4.500 por mês CLT
