For more information, visit [www.ShiftKey.com](http://www.ShiftKey.com). ## The role We're looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to be genuinely close to the business - not sitting on the sidelines running the process, but in the room helping leaders make good calls about their people. You'll own client groups across Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Accounting, which means you're the go-to HR partner for a set of leaders who need someone practical, trustworthy, and sharp about people issues. You'll coach leaders through tough calls, stay close enough to your teams to catch issues early, and turn what you see into real recommendations. Where you’ll work This role is based at our headquarters in Irving, TX, and is primarily onsite. For the first 3-5 months, you'll work from the office five days a week to build relationships and get up to speed.
