Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: N6 in Human Resource The skills we need: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Strong data capturing and administration skills - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Knowledge of applicable SA labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA) - Understanding of HR functions: recruitment, training, benefits, labour relations - Strong numerical and analytical skills - Good organisational and time management skills - Ability to handle confidential information Attributes required: - Collaborative - Creative Energy - Hands on - Have an opinion and voice it - Strong communication skills - Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: - Filing - Scanning documents - HR Administration (assistance with preparation of HR documents, labour broker change forms) - Management of the onboarding process - Supporting the HR and business with employee queries - HR Systems Administration (Axio, Intranet, The hub, Greenhouse) - Payroll Administration (UI-19, Confirmation of employment, IRP5 etc) - HR Communication (new starter emails) - Assisting with CCMA case - Assistance with HR Projects This is an 18- month contract High Level: At the takealot Group, our Graduate Programme will help you build both technical and soft-skills to launch your career, learning from the best in the business.
