Über die Rolle Als HR Manager (m/f/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere mittlerweile mehr als 400 Mitarbeiter, sowohl in unserem HQ in Berlin, als auch in unseren deutschlandweiten Portfoliounternehmen. Da wir monatlich durch Zukäufe von Hausverwaltungen wachsen, wächst deine Verantwortung schnell. Um die Rolle optimal ausfüllen zu können, benötigst du starkes prozessuales Verständnis, arbeitsrechtliche Expertise, sowie eine unternehmerisch geprägte Arbeits- und Denkweise. Verantwortlichkeiten - Du entwickelst deutschlandweite HR Systeme. Du erfindest die People Systeme, die uns ermöglichen auf >1,000 Mitarbeiter zu wachsen und rollst sie aus. - Du managest unser Personalsystem Personio, das deutschlandweit im Einsatz ist, und stellst mit deinem zukünftigen Team sicher, dass eine hohe Datenqualität gegeben ist. - Du triffst Geschäftsführer unserer Unternehmen und besprichst Personalthemen mit diesen. Du verbesserst die HR Prozesse unserer Unternehmen deutschlandweit. - Du berätst unser HQ Leadership und unser Property Management Team in allen arbeitsrechtlichen Themen.
