## Job description

Als HR Specialist bij Companial zit je dicht op de mensen én de organisatie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor managers en medewerkers en zorgt dat HR-processen, administratie en personeelsvraagstukken goed geregeld zijn.

Het HR-team is volop in ontwikkeling en recent gegroeid van vijf naar ongeveer tien collega’s. Samen bouwen jullie aan een professionelere en toekomstbestendige HR-organisatie, waarbij jij verantwoordelijk bent voor medewerkers binnen meerdere entiteiten.

Je komt terecht in een gemotiveerd en gezellig team, met veel autonomie en ruimte voor eigen initiatief, ideeën en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Belangrijkste taken

- Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager aan de implementatie van het jaarlijkse HR-plan voor de entiteit.
- Je adviseert managers over HR-beleid en HR-processen en ondersteunt hen bij individuele personeelsvraagstukken. Hiervoor onderhoud je ook contact met de arbeidsrechtadvocaat.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van wijzigingen in deze processen binnen Personio.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte verlof- en verzuimadministratie (via het verzuimportaal) en ondersteunt managers bij verzuimgevallen.
- Je ondersteunt managers bij de werving van nieuwe medewerkers in samenwerking met de recruiter.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de arbeidsovereenkomsten van nieuwe medewerkers en voor hun onboarding in de systemen, in nauwe samenwerking met IT.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor managers en medewerkers met vragen over arbeidsvoorwaarden en beleid (waaronder HRM@Companial).
- Je neemt deel aan projecten gericht op de ontwikkeling van HR-beleid, processen en HR-producten. Daarnaast heb je een eigen expertisegebied waarvoor je als subject matter expert fungeert. Dit betekent dat je inhoudelijk expert bent op dat onderwerp, de processen beheert en je collega's kunt adviseren.

Met als kernverantwoordelijkheden:

- Adviseren van managers
- Casemanagement (verzuim, disfunctioneren, leren & ontwikkeling)
- HR-administratie
- Onboarding van medewerkers

Vaardigheden en ervaring

- Je brengt veel enthousiasme en energie mee.
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als HR Officer, HR Generalist of HR Administrator, bij voorkeur opgedaan in een internationale omgeving (je beheerst de Engelse taal goed).
- Je bent prettig om mee samen te werken, kunt verwachtingen goed managen en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je hebt oog voor detail, bent kritisch en werkt snel en nauwkeurig.
- Daarnaast beschik je over:
- Sterke adviesvaardigheden.
- Kennis van verzuimwetgeving en -processen.
- Basiskennis van arbeidsrecht.
- En natuurlijk goed gevoel voor humor ;)
