Bij ons HR-team werk je mee aan de dagelijkse gang van zaken denk hierbij aan het uitvoeren van processen zoals doorstroom, instroom en uitstroom, maar ook complexere zaken zoals duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je schakelt met leidinggevenden en collega's door de hele organisatie, en je input telt echt mee. Atabix bouwt software voor gemeenten en andere overheidsorganisaties, en ons HR-team zorgt dat de mensen daarachter met plezier werken. Wat ga je doen? Je maakt kennis met zowel de dagelijkse HR-praktijk als de projecten die onze HR-processen naar een hoger niveau tillen. Je werkt nauw samen met twee HR adviseurs, waarvan er één je stagebegeleider zal zijn, en je rapporteert aan de Head of HR. Qua werkzaamheden is er veel verscheidenheid, dus we horen graag wat je meeste interesse heeft zodat we de stage goed kunnen inrichten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan onderstaande: - Je ondersteunt de HR adviseur over nieuw HR-beleid en helpt dit uit te rollen. - Je ondersteunt (en later zelfstandig uitvoeren) van de processen instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom. - Je helpt bij de organisatie van beoordelingsmomenten en ontwikkelgesprekken. - Je denkt mee over hoe we onze organisatiecultuur verder versterken. - Je kan een eigen project oppakken. Doe je een onderzoeksstage? Dan verdiep je, afhankelijk van de eisen, je daarnaast of volledig in een HR-vraagstuk. Bijvoorbeeld over medewerkers ontwikkeling, welzijn of onze gesprekkencyclus. We denken graag mee over een onderwerp dat aansluit bij je opleiding, interesses en meerwaarde voor de organisatie. Wie past goed bij deze stage? Je bent empathisch, integer en betrouwbaar. Je neemt initiatief, denkt vooruit en durft mensen mee te nemen in verandering. Wat je meebrengt: - Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding. Studeer je HRM (Human Resource Management)? Dan past deze stage sowieso goed. Volg je een andere opleiding? Dan bekijken we per situatie of het aansluit. - Doe je alleen een meewerkstage, zonder onderzoek of schoolopdracht? Dan ben je minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar. Combineer je de stage met een onderzoek of schoolopdracht? Dan kan dat al vanaf 16 uur per week. - Je vindt het leuk om zowel operationeel als strategisch bezig te zijn. Wat bieden wij? - Een stagevergoeding van EUR 500,- per maand voor fulltime stage (40u/week). - Persoonlijke begeleiding van ervaren HR-collega's en de Head of HR. - Een klein, hecht team met korte lijnen: twee keer per week een stand-up van 15 minuten, en één keer per week een uitgebreider HR-overleg. - Elk kwartaal kijk je met het team terug en vooruit op de doelen. - Veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng, want de HR-processen en cultuur zijn nog volop in ontwikkeling en een nieuwe blik helpt hierin.
