Als Hub Manager (m/w/d) im Operations-Team von Via bist Du die treibende Kraft, die unsere Services für die Menschen, die auf sie angewiesen sind, zuverlässig am Laufen hält. Dies ist eine Rolle mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und direktem Bezug zum operativen Geschäft, in der Du das Tagesgeschäft unserer [On-Demand-RMV-Services](https://www.omnibusrevue.de/nachrichten/management/on-demand-verkehre-rmv-verzeichnet-drei-millionen-fahrgaeste-3676206) im Großraum Frankfurt leitest, Herausforderungen in Echtzeit löst und sicherstellst, dass unsere Fahrgäste sicher und zuverlässig befördert werden.

Ein wichtiger Teil der Rolle ist die Optimierung unseres Field-Teams und Services: Du nutzt Daten, um operative Fragen schnell zu beantworten, Potenziale zu identifizieren, Prozesse zu verbessern und KI- sowie Automatisierungsprojekte zu leiten. Du hast die einzigartige Möglichkeit, operatives Tagesgeschäft mit Innovation zu verbinden und die Zukunft der On-Demand-Personenbeförderung in der Region aktiv mitzugestalten.

Diese Rolle ist im Großraum Frankfurt angesiedelt - wir erwarten, dass Du mindestens 3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort bist.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Du führst das tägliche operative Geschäft und sorgst für sicheren, zuverlässigen und barrierefreien Transport für unsere Fahrgäste.
- Du treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Field-Team und Service voran – durch Daten, Technologie, KI und Automatisierung, inklusive der Leitung von KI-Projekten von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
- Du triffst Echtzeit-Entscheidungen zu Fuhrpark, Fahrerverfügbarkeit, Compliance, Fahrgastbedürfnissen und unerwarteten Problemen – und nutzt Daten, um Probleme schnell zu diagnostizieren und den Service am Laufen zu halten.
- Du begleitest und unterstützt unser Fahrpersonal, baust starke Beziehungen auf und identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Team-Performance.
- Du wandelst Feedback von Fahrgästen und Community in konkrete Verbesserungen um, indem du mithilfe von Daten Muster erkennst und Ursachen angehst.
- Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Via's Partnern, Fahrpersonal und zentralen Via-Teams, ziehst schnell Daten heran, um Fragen zu beantworten, Probleme zu lösen und Verbesserungen voranzutreiben.

Das bringst Du mit:

- Du bringst operative Erfahrung im Personalmanagement, in der Logistik, im Kundenservice oder anderen prozessorientierten Tätigkeitsfeldern mit.
- Du bist beziehungsorientiert und ein starker Kommunikator, der Vertrauen zu Fahrpersonal, Fahrgästen, Teamkolleg:innen und städtischen Partnern aufbaut und auf jeder Ebene den richtigen Ton trifft.
- Du bist hands-on und proaktiv, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für Mitarbeitende, bist gerne im operativen Geschäft unterwegs und löst Probleme dort, wo sie entstehen – auch unter Druck.
- Du arbeitest datengetrieben, strukturiert und digital versiert, nutzt Analyse- und KI-Tools, um Probleme zu lösen, effektiv zu priorisieren und unsere Services zu verbessern.
- Du denkst taktisch wie strategisch, kannst Probleme in Echtzeit lösen und gleichzeitig vorausschauend Lösungen entwickeln, die ein erneutes Auftreten verhindern.
- Du verfügst über Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch auf mindestens C1-Niveau.
- Du hast einen gültigen deutschen Führerschein der Klasse B.
