Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors. ## Key Responsibilities - Support on-site HR functions, including maintaining confidential employee records, assisting with investigations, and advising personnel actions. - Provide guidance to Site Manager on creating and updating site policies and procedures. - Manage online databases (SharePoint, StepQ) for document access, uploads, and data export; provide on-site IT support as needed. - Facilitate new hire orientation. - Conduct monthly check-ins with all associates.
