À propos d'ILLUIN ILLUIN Technology développe une suite de produits d'Agentic AI destinée aux grandes entreprises. Notre ambition est de devenir la référence européenne des systèmes d'IA en production, en combinant excellence technologique, souveraineté et approche produit. Nos solutions couvrent l'ensemble des cas d'usage de l'IA générative en entreprise :

- Dialogue (Conversational AI)
- Automate (Document AI & Workflows Automation)
- Analyze (Conversation Analytics & Agent Monitoring)
- nAIxt (Agentic AI Studio & Orchestration Platform)

Nous recherchons aujourd'hui un(e) AI Product Discovery & Marketing Manager pour contribuer au développement et au rayonnement de l'ensemble de la suite de produits ILLUIN. Vous interviendrez de manière transverse sur nos quatre produits, au gré des priorités stratégiques, des releases et des opportunités de marché.

Votre mission Être la voix du marché au sein des équipes Produit et la voix du produit auprès des équipes Business. Vous contribuerez à capter les évolutions du marché, les traduire en recommandations pour les produits, puis construire les narratifs et les actifs marketing qui permettront à ILLUIN de se différencier. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Leads Tech, les équipes Produit, les Solution Architects, les Forward Deployed Engineers, les Sales et le Marketing.

Vos responsabilités

- Comprendre le marché

Vous êtes curieux(se) et en veille permanente. Vous :

- suivez les évolutions de l'IA générative et des systèmes agentiques ;
- benchmarkez les principaux concurrents ;
- participez à certains rendez-vous clients stratégiques ;
- échangez avec les analystes (Gartner notamment) ;
- contribuez aux synthèses Discovery avant chaque release.
- Participer à la co-construction des produits

Vous aidez les équipes Produit à prendre de meilleures décisions. Vous :

- préparez les Roadmap Meetings ;
- challengez les fonctionnalités sous l'angle de leur valeur métier ;
- contribuez au positionnement des produits ;
- proposez des explorations fonctionnelles innovantes ;
- transformez les signaux du marché en recommandations concrètes.

Nous attendons de vous un regard business capable de compléter les réflexions techniques des équipes Produit et R&D. Vous savez prendre du recul sur une innovation pour vous demander avant tout : « En quoi cela crée-t-il de la valeur pour le client ? » Vous aimez comprendre les enjeux d'un métier, identifier ses irritants et imaginer comment les produits ILLUIN pourraient y répondre de manière plus simple, plus pertinente ou plus innovante. Vous êtes capable de transformer une discussion avec un client, un prospect ou un expert métier en une idée de fonctionnalité, un nouveau cas d'usage ou une démonstration qui fera dire "Pourquoi n'y avions-nous pas pensé avant ?".

- Construire les narratifs

Vous transformez les innovations des produits en messages simples, différenciants et mémorables. Vous ne vous contentez pas de raconter les produits : vous imaginez la meilleure manière de les rendre désirables. Vous concevez des démonstrations, explorations fonctionnelles et expériences qui mettent en scène leur valeur métier et créent un véritable effet "wow". Vous produisez notamment :

- one-pagers ;
- decks produit ;
- battlecards ;
- pages website ;
- vidéos de démonstration ;
- supports de lancement de release ;
- supports Gartner et événements.

Le profil recherché Vous disposez d'environ 3 à 6 ans d'expérience dans un environnement Conseil en Stratégie, Conseil en Innovation, ou Product Strategy (AI, Saas, B2B…) Vous êtes à l'aise aussi bien avec des équipes techniques qu'avec des équipes commerciales. Vous aimez autant comprendre une technologie que trouver la meilleure manière de la raconter. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :

- votre curiosité intellectuelle ;
- votre capacité de synthèse ;
- votre qualité rédactionnelle ;
- votre sens du storytelling ;
- votre esprit analytique ;
- votre créativité.

Vous aimez passer d'un sujet à l'autre et travailler sur des problématiques variées. La diversité des produits, des clients et des cas d'usage vous stimule plus que la spécialisation sur un seul domaine. Vous n'êtes pas développeur(se), mais vous êtes suffisamment à l'aise avec les concepts d'IA moderne (LLM, RAG, Agents, MCP...) pour dialoguer avec des experts techniques.
