## Job description

IC3 UX Researcher Mid Job Family: Design > Sub-family: UX Research Reports to (role): UX Reseach Lead or Head of Research

Objective of the Role Desarrolla habilidades para liderar proyectos de investigación complejos y de mayor envergadura. Es capaz de diseñar estrategias de investigación efectivas, seleccionar las técnicas apropiadas y analizar los datos de manera rigurosa. También puede supervisar y orientar a otros investigadores junior, y colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de diseño UX y otros stakeholders para influir en la toma de decisiones basadas en la investigación.

Main Responsibilities

1. Entender las necesidades estratégicas de los proyectos y programas
2. Saber cómo se podría explorar esas necesidades u objetivos para crear un marco metodológico de investigación.
3. Análisis de datos existentes (cuantitativos y cualitativos) para ayudar a fundamentar sus hipótesis de investigación.
4. Planear y preparar todos los materiales, estímulos y guías necesarios para una investigación.
5. Conducir las investigaciones y cualquier dinámica requerida en ellas.
6. Asegurar que se identifican las necesidades y metas de los clientes/usuarios, a través de métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos (Entrevistas, workshops, contextual inquiry, estudios etnográficos, entrew otros).
7. Analizar y sintetizar la información obtenida de la investigación.
8. Traducir la información a hallazgos que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas en UX y producto.
9. Comunicar los resultados de la investigación a los miembros del equipo y stakeholders de una forma clara y entendible.
10. Documentar los procesos de investigación, su planeación, ejecución, análisis, y conclusiones; de forma entendible y accionable para el resto del equipo del POD.
11. Trabajar con el equipo de desarrollo para garantizar la calidad de la ejecución.
12. Colaborar con los desarrolladores, propietarios de productos y otras partes interesadas en la visión y ejecución.
