< ポジション概要 >

お客様が Tektome を最短かつ最大限に活用できるよう、導入プロセス全体（要件整理、PoC フェーズでの検証・評価、および本格導入に向けた設定・実装）を伴走型でリードするコンサルタントポジションになります。

< 主な業務内容 >

業務課題の本質把握と解決策の設計 実際の利用ユーザーをヒアリングを重ね、個社ごとの業務フローや業務課題を踏まえ、 「Tektome をどう組み込めばビジネス成果が最大化するか」を設計します。

ノーコード実装によるスピード導入 コーディング不要の設定作業を主体的に担い、短期間で稼働環境を構築します。 検証プロジェクトであれば結果の報告書を作成、導入プロジェクトであれば詳細設計書の作成も行います。

ユーザー教育と定着支援 PoC フェーズにおいて検証を進める中で、利用トレーニング、FAQ 整備、運用モニタリングを行い、 活用事例を積み上げて ROI を可視化します。

継続的な価値向上 利用データやフィードバックを分析し、追加提案やプロダクト改善要件を社内外へフィードバックします。

顧客対応・コミュニケーション ビジネスレベルの口頭・書面コミュニケーション能力多様なステークホルダー間で利害や期待値を調整し、 合意形成をリードできる力

テクニカルリテラシー SaaS／クラウド製品の基本構造を理解しているノーコード／ローコードツールの操作経験 ※技術的作業の主体は GUI ベースですが、周辺技術（API やコード開発等）への理解は歓迎要件です。

プロジェクトマネジメント スケジュール、タスク、リソースを一元管理し、 進捗をコントロールした実績リスクや障害を早期に予測・検知し、適切にエスカレーション・対処できる能力

問題解決・論理的思考 課題を切り分け、仮説を立てて検証するフレームワーク思考利用データやアンケートを設計・分析し、 プロセス改善や ROI 向上に結びつけた経験

ドキュメンテーション 要件定義書、PoC 検証結果報告書、FAQ などを論理的に整理・作成できるスキル顧客フィードバック等の ナレッジベースを構築・運用し、情報をチーム内外へ共有した経験
