Retail Partner Relationships - Build and maintain positive relationships with store and location management through training, awareness building, and proactive problem-solving to ensure site compliance and maximize kiosk profitability. - Serve as the first point of contact at new locations — introducing ecoATM, explaining the value of hosting our kiosks, documenting placements, and escalating any issues to internal teams. - Communicate placement issues, concerns, and recommendations to key account management and ISR leadership. Customer Experience - Engage with and assist ecoATM customers directly at kiosks; report customer issues and concerns to internal teams. - Act as the "voice of the customer," sharing observations about customer experiences and impressions with internal teams. - Participate in customer engagement events at stores or other locations as directed.
