Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be the primary technical owner for incoming raw material quality, ensuring every component entering our supply chain meets T1 Energy’s strict specifications before it reaches the production floor. Working closely with suppliers, procurement, and manufacturing teams, you will build robust incoming inspection systems, manage supplier quality performance, and drive systematic improvements that protect the integrity of our solar module manufacturing operation. ## What You’ll Do Incoming Quality Control - Conduct and support incoming inspections for raw materials, components, and production supplies. - Review material specifications, drawings, certificates, and supplier quality documents. - Identify, label, and control non-conforming incoming materials to prevent unintended use. - Maintain accurate inspection records and material quality documentation.
