- Le poste couvre l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, notamment :
- les évaluations de preuve de concept (PoC),
- le développement et le codage,
- la conception,
- les tests,
- la mise en œuvre,
- le déploiement,
- le support continu des mises en production,
- ainsi que le support de niveau 2 dans le cadre des astreintes.

Principales responsabilités

- Assurer l’ingénierie de l’infrastructure afin de garantir la stabilité, l’évolutivité et la planification de la capacité pour certaines des plus importantes configurations du secteur financier.
- Réaliser les fonctions d’administration de bases de données (DBA) :
- planification et exécution des modifications de schéma,
- analyse des goulets d’étranglement,
- prévention et résolution des incidents,
- amélioration des performances des serveurs et des bases de données,
- maintenance et récupération des bases de données.
- Développer des outils pour SingleStore, Kafka et MongoDB.
- Veiller au respect de la sécurité des bases de données, ainsi qu’à l’application des normes et bonnes pratiques établies.

Compétences requises

- Environ 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en ingénierie des données ou en ingénierie des bases de données.
- Expérience en Python.
- Expérience avec SingleStore.
- Connaissances de base de MongoDB et/ou Kafka.
- La connaissance d’autres bases de données constitue un atout.
- Une connaissance des méthodologies Agile et des pratiques DevOps est un plus.
- Une expérience avec des outils de gestion de versions tels que Git est un atout.
- Sens de l’intégrité et des responsabilités, avec un fort esprit d’équipe.
- Capacité à travailler sous contraintes de temps et de ressources.
- Aptitude à identifier des solutions simples, efficaces et pragmatiques.

Role Profile:

- Development under agile methodologies.
- Candidates must therefore be able to work collaboratively, demonstrate good ownership and be able to work well in teams. Work will include designing, enhancing, and developing MongoDB databases and Kafka Clusters, and may occasionally require working across different database environments.

- Infrastructure Engineering for stability, scalability, and capacity planning for some of the largest configurations on the financial industry
- DBA functions: plan & execute database schema changes, bottleneck analysis, outage prevention/resolution, server/database performance improvements, database maintenance, database recovery. Development of tools for Singlestore, KAFKA and MongoDB
- Enforce database security, standards & guidelines.

Skills Required:

- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in data or database engineering
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Singlestore
- Basic knowledge of MongoDb and/or KAFKA
- Basic knowledge of other databases is a plus
- Basic knowledge of agile and Devops is a plus
- Versioning tools such as git is a plus
