Sommaire du poste L’Ingénieur(e) d’applications est responsable de développer des solutions techniquement solides et commercialement compétitives qui soutiennent la livraison réussie des produits CVAC de XNRGY, incluant les unités de traitement d’air sur mesure et les unités destinées aux centres de données. À titre de liaison technique entre les ventes, les clients, l’ingénierie, la fabrication et la gestion de projets, l’ingénieur(e) d’applications transforme les exigences des clients en conceptions réalisables et en documentation prête pour la production. Principales responsabilités Soutien aux ventes et aux applications - Analyser les spécifications des clients, les dessins et les exigences de projet afin de développer des solutions techniques optimales. - Soutenir le processus d’évaluation en analysant la faisabilité technique, les considérations de fabrication et les risques de projet. - Préparer des propositions de projet, des documents d’appel d’offres et de la documentation technique précis. - Élaborer les coûts de projet en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs. - Coordonner les demandes de prix pour les composantes sur mesure, le transport, les systèmes électriques et les systèmes de contrôle. - Assister les représentants des ventes durant le processus de soumission en fournissant une expertise technique et des recommandations de produits. - Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients, les ingénieurs-conseils et les représentants des ventes. - Préparer et présenter des présentations techniques afin de soutenir les activités de développement des affaires. Ingénierie et documentation technique - Concevoir et préparer la documentation technique, incluant les dessins dimensionnels et les configurations de produits. - Élaborer la documentation mécanique et coordonner les activités de dessin avec les équipes de conception. - Sélectionner les composantes appropriées selon les exigences des projets et les normes applicables. - Préparer et maintenir les nomenclatures (BOM) et en assurer l’exactitude technique. - Préparer les documents de présentation du projet à la suite de l’octroi du contrat. - Coordonner la révision, l’approbation et les modifications des documents de présentation des clients. - S’assurer que toute la documentation d’ingénierie est complète, exacte et prête avant son transfert à la production. Exécution des projets - Soutenir la saisie des commandes de vente en s’assurant que toute l’information technique requise est complète. - Finaliser les nomenclatures d’ingénierie (EBoM) et valider la documentation électrique et de contrôle. - Coordonner la documentation de projet avant son transfert à la fabrication. - Gérer les changements d’ingénierie tout au long du cycle de vie du projet, y compris les ordres de changement et les versions révisées des documents de présentation. - Participer aux revues techniques et aux contrôles de qualité afin d’assurer l’exactitude des projets avant la production. - Soutenir les équipes de fabrication, de service et de gestion de projets en résolvant les problèmes techniques et en répondant aux demandes provenant du terrain. Expérience - 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en ingénierie d’applications, conception mécanique, CVAC, centres de données ou fabrication d’équipements sur mesure. - Expérience dans la préparation de propositions techniques, de documents de présentation et de documentation d’ingénierie. - Une expérience avec des produits conçus sur mesure est privilégiée.
