## Job description

À la croisée du conseil en logistique et du déploiement terrain, vous êtes le garant de la réussite opérationnelle des entrepôts de nos clients, de l'audit process jusqu'à la montée en cadence, en garantissant à chaque déploiement robotique une performance logistique réelle et mesurable.

Missions

- Cartographie process entrepôt Vous cartographiez les flux opérés en entrepôt client et analysez leur process logistique. Cette analyse permet d'identifier les opérations compatibles avec la solution Marso Robotics et de recommander le meilleur scénario d'intégration.
- Analyse pré-déploiement Vous identifiez les écarts et les risques entre les opérations existantes et les standards / conditions nécessaires au déploiement robotique.
- Préparation du projet Vous recréez les conditions opérationnelles réelles du client pour tester et valider la solution avant sa mise en production.
- Déploiement robot Vous pilotez la mise en service du robot sur site, en coordination avec les équipes exploitation du client.
- Formation des équipes Vous formez les opérateurs et rendez les équipes terrain autonomes sur l'usage quotidien du robot.
- Montée en cadence Vous accompagnez la montée en charge progressive et ajustez les paramètres jusqu'à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance.
- Amélioration continue de la solution Vous supervisez les phases d'apprentissage du robot sur site, contribuez à l'annotation des données terrain, et remontez un feedback structuré à l'équipe produit (bugs, besoins, cas d'usage) pour faire progresser la fiabilité et l'autonomie de la solution.
- Optimisation du process Vous analysez et proposez les optimisations de flux et la séquence de tâches logistiques à réaliser pour exploiter les opportunités d'opérer de façon robotisée.
- Suivi et satisfaction client Vous assurez un suivi continu (change management, taux d'utilisation, satisfaction client) pour garantir la réussite de l'implantation du projet et la valeur créée pour le client.
- Safety et conformité Vous appliquez sur le terrain le cadre de sécurité machine et de conformité défini en interne : analyse de risques adaptée au site, zonage et périmétrie, vérification des dispositifs de sécurité, contribution au plan de prévention avec le client, préparation des éléments nécessaires au dossier de conformité.

Profil

- Bac+5 avec 3 ans minimum d'expérience opérationnelle en logistique et 1 à 2 ans en conseil logistique, amélioration continue des process ou gestion de projet
- Connaissance du terrain, aisance avec les équipes d'exploitation, expérience à challenger des process pour les rendre plus performants
- Gestion de projet technique & coordination multi-parties prenantes
- Analyse de données (logs, métriques) et résolution de problèmes en contexte industriel
- Communication claire (français/anglais), pédagogie et sens du service client
- Curiosité "système" : mécatronique / robotique / automatisme et bases réseau
- Mobilité : déplacements fréquents en France (permis B)
