Aperçu du poste Relevant au Directeur de l'ingénierie, l'ingénieur principal en serpentins et tuyauterie est responsable de la conception des serpentins d'eau et de la tuyauterie pour l'eau de refroidissement utilisées dans les unités de traitement d'air personnalisées et standard (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et récupération d'énergie) qui répondent aux exigences des clients et respectent les normes applicables (CSA/UL 60335-2-40). Il participe également à la mise en œuvre des projets en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les ventes, la gestion de projet, l'approvisionnement et la production. Voici une liste non exhaustive des tâches dont il est responsable : Une idée de vos responsabilités : - Gérer la certification des serpentins refroidis à l'eau dans le cadre du programme "Forced Circulation Air-Cooling & Air-Heating Coils (ACHC)", conformément à la norme AHRI 410 "Performance Rating of Forced-circulation Air-Cooling and Air-Heating Coils.". - Collaborer avec les autres fonctions d'ingénierie de l'entreprise pour la conception, la planification, le développement et la fabrication des unités de traitement d'air (AHU), des unités à expansion directe (DX) et d'autres produits. - Identifier les normes applicables et établir des critères de performance, des critères de qualité, des tolérances de fabrication et des mesures de contrôle pour les serpentins. - Traduire les spécifications des serpentins issues de l'ingénierie applicative en données exploitables, en tenant à jour les équipes de production et de planification des matériaux sur les matériaux requis et la capacité de la ligne. - Gérer le logiciel de sélection de serpentins CCSI utilisé pour l'évaluation des performances des serpentins. - Identifier et sélectionner les fournisseurs de matériaux et de pièces pour les serpentins et la tuyauterie d'eau. - Créer des nomenclatures préliminaires (BOM) et des estimations de prix pour la tuyauterie d'eau de refroidissement pour les unités de traitement d'air. - Utiliser un système ERP pour créer des BOM et des pièces de serpentins. - Superviser/créer des dessins de fabrication de serpentins dans CAD. - Vérifier et valider les dessins d'approbation de serpentins fournis par différents fabricants de serpentins ainsi que les dessins de fabrication de la tuyauterie du collecteur créés par l'équipe d'ingénierie produit. - Développer et mettre en œuvre des règles et méthodes de travail standardisées pour assurer la cohérence, la sécurité et l'efficacité des activités d'assemblage des serpentins et de tests d'étanchéité. - Fournir un support technique aux ventes, à l'ingénierie produit, à la gestion de projet, à la fabrication de serpentins et au service après-vente. - Avec les informations de la planification, participer à l'élaboration d'un planning de production pour les serpentins. - Déterminer, mesurer et maintenir les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) liés aux serpentins. XNRGY is seeking a Principal Coil and Piping Engineer to join the Coil Department at our St-Hubert location. Position Overview Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Principal Coil and Piping Engineer is responsible for the design of water coils and chilled water piping used in custom and standard air handling units (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and energy recovery) that meet customer requirements and comply with applicable standards (CSA/UL 60335-2-40). The incumbent also participates in project execution by working closely with Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Production teams.
