## Job description

Based in Grenoble and Dunkirk (France), we have started operations our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line) which is now fully running and operational.

We now focus on enabling  the successful start of production of our Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is to ramp-up mass production of low carbon lithium ion batteries to facilitate the decarbonization of European mobility.

A propos du poste : Nous recherchons actuellement un.e Ingénieur.e Process pour rejoindre notre équipe Process Module.

En tant que tel.le, vous êtes responsable du développement de nouveaux processus et technologies de fabrication innovants liés à la conception de modules composés de cellules lithium-ion Verkor.

Ce poste est situé dans notre gigafactory à Bourbourg (à la périphérie de Dunkerque, dans le nord de la France).

Missions principales :

- Développer un flux de production de modules optimisé tout au long du processus de fabrication, qui inclut la sélection des machines, la sélection des outils et des montages, l'agencement des lignes, les études ergonomiques, la présentation des matériaux et d'autres facteurs pertinents.
- Assurer l'interface avec les équipes maintenance, développement produits, essais et qualité afin de résoudre les problèmes, d'améliorer la fabricabilité et de mettre en œuvre une amélioration continue.
- Dépanner les problèmes liés aux processus de fabrication.
- Soutenir la production en réduisant les coûts et en améliorant le rendement.
- Travailler avec la qualité pour compiler et évaluer les données afin de déterminer les limites et les variables appropriées pour les spécifications des processus ou des matériaux.
- Participer à la transition d'un produit du concept à la production en ligne pilote et à la fabrication en série.
- Analyser et optimiser les processus de production tout en maximisant l'efficacité globale des équipements par des moyens rentables.
- Amélioration continue pour maximiser le rendement, la capacité et l'aptitude.
- Créer et tenir à jour des instructions de fabrication et former les opérateurs si nécessaire.

Prérequis :

- Formation d'Ingénieur
- Niveau bilingue en anglais indispensable
- Expérience préalable en milieu industriel, idéalement dans le développement et l'amélioration des processus de fabrication
- Bonnes compétences techniques et analytiques en matière d'amélioration continue, d'analyse des modes de défaillance, de recherche des causes profondes et de résolution des problèmes de rendement et de qualité des produits
- Bonne compréhension de la nomenclature, du MES, de la gestion des spécifications et capacité à effectuer des contrôles DOE, des analyses de données et des SPC.
