Grâce à cette installation, notre ambition est une production annuelle de 16 Gwh de batteries lithium-ion d'ici 2025, alimentant ainsi 300 000 véhicules électriques par an.

A propos du poste : Nous recherchons actuellement un.e Ingénieur.e Qualité Fournisseurs pour rejoindre notre équipe Qualité basée à Grenoble. Au sein de l'équipe Supplier Quality Performance, vous êtes responsable de la performance des fournisseurs tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.

Vous travaillez également en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et d'approvisionnement pendant la phase de sourcing afin de sélectionner les meilleurs partenaires, et vous participez à l'amélioration continue de l’Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs au sein de Verkor.

Vous participerez à l'objectif de construire et de structurer Verkor comme l'entreprise de fabrication de batteries la plus avancée au monde !

Missions principales :

- Procéder à la sélection des fournisseurs pendant la phase de consultation
- Pendant la phase projet, s'assurer que l'APQP de Verkor est strictement respecté par les fournisseurs et les aider à intégrer les processus de Verkor.
- Assurer la validation PPAP
- Pendant la phase de vie série, analyser les performances des fournisseurs, mener des analyses de non-conformité et remettre en question le système de gestion de la qualité des fournisseurs.
- Effectuer des audits des fournisseurs si nécessaire.
- Assurer le suivi de la performance qualité des fournisseurs pendant la phase de vie série des produits (y compris la garantie et la réactivité).

Prérequis :

- BAC+5, domaine qualité et/ou technique avec expérience dans la fabrication de cellules de batteries Li-ion et/ou automobile
- Expérience confirmée de la gestion d'équipes mustidisciplinaires.
- Aptitude à mobiliser et à influencer d'autres fonctions impliquées dans le développement technique.
- Démontrer la capacité d'agir dans un environnement changeant et rapide.
- Gérer efficacement les priorités, les livrables et les délais, sans nécessité d'escalade.
- Avoir un esprit d'amélioration continue et de résolution des problèmes.
- Très bien organisé, axé sur les résultats et les clients, avec le souci du détail.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
