- Assistenza agli Install Partner: Supporto su Zuper e fatturazione.
- Gestione dei ticket: Risoluzione delle richieste e problemi dei partner.
- Onboarding degli Install Partner: Integrazione dei nuovi partner.
- Gestione degli IP Slots: Assegnazione e monitoraggio degli slot per installatori.
- Raccolta documentazione: Raccolta dei documenti necessari per la collaborazione.
- Gestione delle escalation: Ottenimento dei documenti scaduti.
- Approvazione delle fatture: Gestione dell'approvazione delle fatture.
- Template DiCo: Creazione dei modelli per fatture e Piano di Controllo.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, scritta e parlata, livello C1.
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Back Office Operations o in posizioni simili.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ottime abilità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e adattarsi a un ambiente dinamico.
- Eccellenti competenze comunicative e relazionali.
