Octopus Energy, fournisseur d’énergie verte présent à l’international, a lancé sa filiale Octopus Energy Services pour accompagner ses clients dans la décarbonation complète de leur foyer. Déjà bien implantée au Royaume-Uni, cette entité propose un ensemble de solutions techniques : installation de panneaux photovoltaïques, de bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques et de systèmes de chauffage décarboné, le tout avec une approche centrée sur la qualité, l’innovation et sans sous-traitance.

Et aujourd’hui on a besoin de toi pour propulser notre croissance !

Rattaché·e à l'entrepôt d'Amiens, tu seras amené·e à te déplacer en Île-de-France et en Normandie. Tu seras managé·e par notre responsable d'entrepôt à distance.

Tes missions seront :

- Assembler les structures et panneaux photovoltaïques conformément aux plans fournis, tout en respectant les normes en vigueur.
- Effectuer le levage du matériel et sécuriser le chantier en suivant les directives avec Équipements de
- Protection Individuelle/Collective (EPI/EPC), en particulier lors des travaux en hauteur.
- Positionner les panneaux solaires conformément aux plans définis.
- Réaliser le passage des câbles et effectuer les raccordements nécessaires pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du système.
- Mettre en place des fiches d'autocontrôle pour garantir la qualité de l'installation.
- Gérer le stock de matériel pour assurer la disponibilité des équipements nécessaires.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe pour assurer une exécution efficace de l'ensemble des tâches.
- Faire preuve d'un bon sens du relationnel, en particulier lors des interactions avec les clients, en fournissant des explications claires sur le système installé.

Profil recherché :

- Tu as minimum 5 ans dans le métier ou 2 ans dans le domaine photovoltaïque
- Idéalement, tu as aussi des bases dans le domaine des installations électriques
- Tu devras avoir de la rigueur, du sens de l’organisation et un respect des bonnes pratiques et consignes de sécurité,
- Le travail d'équipe est indispensable, tu fais preuve d’une capacité d'intégration et de communication avec ton équipe,
- Tu es à l'aise également en autonomie dans les tâches qui le permettent,
- La qualité des installations et la satisfaction client est notre priorité, tu seras l’image du groupe lors de l’installation chez le client,
- Tu es titulaire du permis B
- Travailler en hauteur n’est pas un problème pour toi
- Une expérience en management est valorisée.
- Tu aimes partager ton expérience et tes connaissances pour faire monter en compétence ton équipe, tout en restant impliqué dans l’opérationnel
