We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer (ID) to join our growing Allegiant University team. Our passion is developing Computer-Based Training (CBTs) for all of the Company’s business units. Summary Our Instructional Designers (IDs) are responsible for the development of Computer-Based Training (CBTs) that are sound and meet company regulatory requirements. Instructional Designers work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) identifying learning objectives, course content, media assets (audio, images, custom interactions, and video), and assessments. IDs create high quality, engaging, learning experiences that are based on cognitive science and mastery-level learning principles while adhering to industry best practices. The ID is also responsible for testing training materials and course troubleshooting. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Education Details: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Years of Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in developing computer based training materials through course authoring software such as Articulate or Captivate. Minimum one (1) year of experience in utilizing training development/graphic design software including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Character Animator, Animate, Audition, etc.). - Exceptional writing and communication skills. - Experience creating instructional content by drawing on instructional design models and best practices. ## Preferred Requirements - Master's Degree in related field preferred.
