Les missions que nous proposons

Au sein de l’agence, vous accompagnez les Directeurs Artistiques dans la mise en production des campagnes : votre rôle est de transformer les concepts en livrables impeccables, déclinés sur l'ensemble des formats digitaux, avec un vrai souci du détail et du craft.

- Décliner et produire les kits créatifs sur tous les formats : bannières display statiques et animées, formats social, habillages web, en respectant les chartes et les intentions créatives.
- Assurer l'exécution graphique et le craft des livrables (typographie, couleur, composition, finition pixel perfect), dans une logique de qualité et de cohérence multi-formats.
- Produire des contenus animés simples : déclinaisons motion de bannières et de stories à partir de maquettes et de storyboards existants.
- Apporter votre regard et participer à la direction artistique de certains projets : recherche de références, planches d'intentions, moodboards, propositions de key visuals.
- Être force de proposition sur les outils de production, y compris l'IA générative, pour gagner en efficacité et en qualité d'exécution.

Le profil que nous recherchons

Étudiant/étudiante en fin d'études d'une école de Design Graphique, de Création Publicitaire ou d'Arts Appliqués, vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en agence ou en studio sur des productions digitales.

- Solide culture visuelle et graphique, sens du détail et réelle exigence sur le craft (typographie, couleur, composition, finition).
- Goût pour la production et la déclinaison : vous aimez voir vos livrables aboutis et déployés proprement sur tous les formats.
- Maîtrise indispensable de la Suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) et de Figma.
- Maîtrise du Motion Design (Adobe After Effects) attendue, ou forte appétence pour l'animation de bannières et de formats sociaux.
- Curiosité pour les nouvelles technologies et les outils de création par IA générative (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Kling, etc.) : un vrai plus.
- Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs livrables en parallèle dans le respect des délais.
