Bei NEURA Robotics gestalten wir die Fabrik der Zukunft. Als Praktikant im Bereich Logistik unterstützt du uns dabei, unsere Prozesse auf das nächste Level zu heben. Wir befinden uns auf dem spannenden Weg vom Start-up zum Scale-up und arbeiten täglich daran, eine intelligente, datengetriebene und hocheffiziente Smart Factory aufzubauen.

Dabei analysierst du bestehende Abläufe, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Team innovative Lösungen mithilfe moderner Technologien wie KI, Cloud-Anwendungen und datenbasierter Analysen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

- Analyse und Auswertung logistischer Prozesse und Daten
- Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen entlang unserer Wertschöpfungs- und Materialflüsse
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
- Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten innerhalb der Logistik
- Einsatz moderner Technologien wie KI-gestützter Analysen und Cloud-Lösungen zur Prozessverbesserung
- Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung und Dokumentation von Prozessen
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen in einem dynamischen und agilen Umfeld

Was du mitbringst

- Laufendes Studium im Bereich WI/Logistik, BWL/Logistik
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Freude an der Arbeit mit Daten
- Interesse an modernen Technologien wie Künstlicher Intelligenz, Cloud-Anwendungen und Digitalisierung
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verständnis für Prozesse und Zusammenhänge in Produktion und Logistik
- Eigeninitiative sowie Lust, bestehende Abläufe zu hinterfragen und aktiv zu verbessern
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Arbeit in einem schnell wachsenden, agilen Umfeld
