Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo: Você fará parte do time de Dados e Desenvolvimento da Inter Asset, a gestora de recursos do grupo Inter. Nossa missão é manter a Inter Asset em constante evolução em dados e tecnologia, apoiando todas as áreas do negócio com automações, soluções em Python e melhorias de processos. Nesta posição de Estágio, você atuará na sustentação e evolução de automações já existentes e também no desenvolvimento de novos projetos, contribuindo diretamente para aumentar a eficiência, reduzir retrabalho e melhorar a experiência dos nossos clientes internos — em um ambiente colaborativo, dinâmico e com entregas em ritmo acelerado.

No Seu Dia a Dia, Você Vai:

- Sustentar e evoluir soluções desenvolvidas em Python, garantindo funcionamento, manutenção e melhoria contínua;
- Participar da implementação de projetos de automação de processos na Inter Asset;
- Atuar em conjunto com áreas de negócio da Inter Asset e times de tecnologia do grupo, apoiando o desenvolvimento de soluções;
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor iniciativas de automação para ganho de eficiência operacional;
- Colaborar no mapeamento, análise e otimização de processos internos;
- Apoiar a implementação de novas ferramentas e tecnologias voltadas para aumento de produtividade;
- Acompanhar demandas do time com foco em cumprimento de prazos e qualidade de entrega (NPS e SLA como direcionadores).

O Que Buscamos:

Obrigatórios:

- Conhecimento em Python (requisito fundamental);
- Superior cursando com previsão de conclusão em 2028
- Interesse por tecnologia, automação de processos e desenvolvimento de soluções para problemas de negócio;
