Als Intern Workplace & Culture Management (all genders) wirst du Teil des Workplace Teams – dem Herzstück des Arbeitsalltags. Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass alle Mitarbeitenden produktiv arbeiten können, sich wohlfühlen und gerne ins Office kommen. What to expect

- Office Experience & Management: Du bist mitten im täglichen Bürogeschehen und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im HQ – von der Vorbereitung der Räumlichkeiten über Nachbestellungen und die Post bis hin zur Betreuung unserer Services und Gemeinschaftsbereiche.
- Workplace & Employee Support: Du stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden den perfekten Rahmen für ihren Arbeitsalltag haben. Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung der Arbeitsplätze und begleitest Themen rund um Hardware, Equipment und täglichen Support.
- Culture, Community & Events: Du unterstützt operativ bei der Planung und Umsetzung unserer Culture- und Community-Aktivitäten – von großen Company-Events bis hin zu kleineren Formaten für den Teamzusammenhalt. Du packst vor Ort mit an, bringst eigene Ideen ein und prägst unser Miteinander bei Wemolo.
- Internal Communication & Process Design: Du bringst Struktur in Workplace-Themen und hilfst dabei, unsere internen Abläufe und Tool-Landschaften (z. B. Notion & Drive) weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei unterstützt du darin, Wissen verständlich aufzubereiten und Guidelines für das Team zugänglich zu machen.
