## Your responsibilities

- As part of our Legal Team, you will gain hands-on exposure to the legal challenges of a fast-growing deep-tech company. Your responsibilities will span a broad range of topics, with a particular focus on:
- Supporting the implementation and day-to-day operation of our compliance framework
- Administration of our employee participation program
- Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and other legal documentation
- Conducting legal research and translating complex legal requirements into pragmatic recommendations for the business
- Helping us improve legal processes, templates and workflows, including through the use of technology and automation

## Requirements

- You have successfully completed the First German State Examination in Law (Erstes Staatsexamen) and are either preparing for or currently completing your legal traineeship (Referendariat)
- Broad interest in business law and an eagerness to work across different legal and regulatory areas
- A pragmatic and commercial mindset, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability and curiosity to quickly understand complex legal, technical and regulatory topics
- Strong written and spoken German and English
- Genuine interest in technology, start-ups and working in a fast-paced and international environment

## Nice to have

- Experience with AI tools and an interest in using AI for legal research, drafting, knowledge management or process automation is a plus
