## Job description

## TL;DR

Du hast dein Bachelor-Studium oder deine Ausbildung in einem technischen Bereich gerade abgeschlossen oder stehst kurz davor z. B. Informatik, IT-Systems Engineering oder als Fachinformatiker*in? Und willst nun Startup-Luft schnuppern? Dann ist unser Internship-Programm genau richtig für dich. Wir suchen motivierte Absolvent*innen aus Studium und Ausbildung. Das Programm läuft 12 Monate, in Vollzeit, vor Ort in Berlin. Du bist von Tag 1 an Teil unseres Teams mit echter Verantwortung und echtem Impact. Du studierst noch? Dann schau dir unsere Werkstudierenden-Stellen an. Dieses Programm ist für Absolvent*innen gedacht, die sich ein Jahr voll einbringen wollen.

Wieso praxipal? Der Fachkräftemangel ist die größte Herausforderung für unser Gesundheitswesen. Zehntausende Stellen bleiben jedes Jahr unbesetzt und der demografische Wandel sorgt dafür, dass sich diese Entwicklung immer weiter zuspitzen wird. Arztpraxen setzen auf unsere KI-Rezeptionistin Luna, um ihr Personal zu entlasten und die Versorgung für alle zugänglich zu halten. Wir wachsen in Rekordgeschwindigkeit und haben vor kurzem eine Seed-Finanzierungsrunde in Höhe von $6,7 Millionen mit HV Capital abgeschlossen – und wir fangen gerade erst an.

Dein erstes Jahr bei uns Während deines Internships unterstützt du unser Operations-Team und lernst unser technisches Setup von innen kennen. Du übernimmst eigenständig Onboarding-Prozesse und hast direkten Kontakt zu Praxen und deren IT-Dienstleistern. Du installierst Adapter, richtest Telefonanlagen ein und lernst dabei, wie du mit Kund*innen kommunizierst, die weniger technikaffin sind. Wie du dich in der Rolle entfaltest, entscheidest du:

- Du stehst auf Action? Als Generalist*in hast du jeden Tag eine neue Praxis auf dem Tisch und löst knifflige technische Probleme. Kommst du mal nicht weiter, hilft dir unser Team.
- Du willst dich spezialisieren? Werde Expert*in für eine Kundengruppe oder für bestimmte technische Herausforderungen.

Du arbeitest eng mit unserem gesamten Team zusammen und siehst den Startup-Alltag aus mehreren Perspektiven. Wer uns im Internship überzeugt, bekommt danach ein Angebot für eine unbefristete Stelle in Customer Success, als Forward Deployed Engineer oder in der Entwicklung. Oder du nimmst deine Erfahrung mit in den nächsten Schritt in deinem Bildungsweg, zum Beispiel ins Master-Studium.

Was du tun wirst Kurz gesagt: Du bringst Luna technisch in jede neue Arztpraxis und sorgst dafür, dass unsere KI-Rezeptionistin von Tag 1 an läuft.

- Du analysierst Telefoninfrastruktur und Praxisverwaltungssystem jeder Praxis und planst die Integration von Luna
- Du richtest Telefonweiterleitungen ein
- Du verbindest Luna mit gängigen Praxissystemen wie ivoris oder charly: Du schaltest dich auf die Praxisserver unserer Kunden und führst sie durch die nötigen Schritte
- Du begleitest Praxen durch den gesamten technischen Onboarding-Prozess von der Erstanalyse bis zur Aktivierung und bist darüber hinaus ihr technischer Ansprechpartner
- Du dokumentierst Integrationsschritte und Praxiskonfigurationen strukturiert in unserem System
- Du bringst frische Ideen aus deinem Studium oder deiner Ausbildung mit und hilfst, unsere Prozesse und unser Produkt zu verbessern
- Du lernst von unseren FDEs, CSMs und SWEs und bekommst mehr praktische Einblicke in diesem einen Jahr, als es dir in größeren Organisationen möglich wäre.
