This is a hands-on role where you'll directly engage with our operations and make an immediate impact. ## Responsibilities - Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy. - Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies. - Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner. - Manage inventory requisition and disposition requests. - Work closely with supply chian,  production, quality, and engineering teams to support inventory needs. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. - Utilize and update our inventory management systems. - Receive, inspect, and track incoming materials and parts. ## Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a similar role. - Proficiency with inventory management software and systems. - Proficiency in Office Applications (Microsoft Office or Google Suite). - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Forklift certification or ability to become certified. ## Preferred Qualifications - NetSuite ERP experience. - Experience documenting standard operating procedures.
