Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

- Aktiver Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer IP-Operations-Infrastruktur – von der Einreichung bis zur Fristenüberwachung
- Mitgestaltung und Etablierung effizienter Prozesse rund um Patentanmeldungen (DPMA, EPA, WIPO) sowie Marken, Gebrauchsmuster und Designs
- Einrichtung und Pflege unseres IP-Management-Systems sowie Sicherstellung konsistenter Datenqualität und Prozessstandards
- Korrespondenz mit Patentämtern, Erfindern sowie externen Korrespondenzanwaltskanzleien weltweit
- Aufbau eines zuverlässigen Fristenmanagements und Wiedervorlage-Systems – du schaffst die Struktur, auf die sich das Team verlassen kann
- Bearbeitung von Erfindungsmeldungen und Unterstützung des gesamten Anmeldeprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Patentanwälten
- Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Jahresgebührenzahlungen im In- und Ausland
- Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl, Konfiguration und Optimierung von IP-Tools und -Workflows – dein Erfahrungsschatz zählt
- Zusätzlich unterstützt du Patentanwälte bei administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten.

Anforderungen an dich

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Patentanwaltsfachangestellten oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Alternativ: mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IP-Umfeld oder als Quereinsteiger mit Praxiskenntnissen in Patent und Marke
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Industrie oder in einer Kanzlei im Bereich IP mit Schwerpunkt Patent und/oder Marke
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen sowie der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft Office, IP-Datenbanken und Freude an der aktiven Weiterentwicklung solcher Systeme
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Sorgfalt und die Fähigkeit auch eine Vielzahl paralleler Vorgänge sicher und effizient zu administrieren
- Teamfähigkeit und zuverlässige, engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
