- 각국 파트너 로펌과 긴밀하게 협력하여 출원, Office Action 대응, 이의신청, 심판 등 전 과정을 리딩합니다.
- 고객사에게 전략적인 상표 출원 방향과 Office Action 대응 방안을 제안하고, 실행 및 결과 보고까지 책임집니다.
- 복잡한 케이스에 대해 법적 리스크를 분석하고, 내부 및 고객에게 법률적 인사이트를 제공합니다.
- 자체 해외 상표출원 플랫폼을 주도적으로 운영하며, 서비스 고도화 및 운영 효율성 개선에 기여합니다.

## What You Bring

- 로펌, 특허법인, 특허사무소 등에서 5년 이상의 해외 상표 관련 실무 경험을 보유하신 분
- 상표출원, 거절통지(OA), 이의신청, 무효/취소 심판 등 전반적인 절차에 대한 실전 경험을 보유하신 분
