You'll maintain devices, systems, and shared workspace operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. This role includes tactical IT troubleshooting, device management, end-user helpdesk support, and assistance with broader office operations. Outside of the core work hours (M-F 8:30 AM–5:00 PM), this role may also require being onsite some evenings and weekends for events or urgent issues. ## Key responsibilities IT Support & User Assistance - Manage incoming support tickets, resolving or escalating appropriately - Provide front-line IT support: troubleshooting hardware/software issues, user account support, and device setup - Maintain inventory and upkeep of IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, kiosks) - Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding logistics - Google Workspace administration – user provisioning, group management, Drive policies, and troubleshooting Office & Operational Support - Support physical security operations including access control management (Brivo), camera monitoring, badge issuance, and visitor check-in - Monitor IT inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels - Provide event support, including workshops and community gatherings - Help coordinate office space reservations and setup ## Team Collaboration - Support other teams with cross-functional tasks and projects - Document common IT issues and solutions to improve team knowledge and user experience ## About the level We're open to hiring at either the Coordinator or Specialist level depending on the experience and background of the candidate we find.
