Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? Vous assurez la stabilité, la sécurité et la performance du système d’information au sein d’une structure en forte croissance. En lien direct avec le Responsable IT, vous êtes garant du bon fonctionnement des infrastructures, de la gestion du parc matériel et de la téléphonie, tout en pilotant des projets d’évolution technique et d’optimisation. Vous jouez également un rôle central dans l’accompagnement des utilisateurs internes, en garantissant un support IT réactif, pédagogique et orienté expérience collaborateur au quotidien. Vos responsabilités : Administrer, superviser et maintenir les serveurs (Windows/Linux), réseaux et systèmes de stockage. Gérer les environnements cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) et leur intégration avec les infrastructures locales. Mettre en œuvre les politiques de sécurité (pare-feu, antivirus, sauvegardes, mises à jour), et être en veille sur la cybersécurité et les solutions d’optimisation des infrastructures. Automatiser les tâches administratives répétitives via l’utilisation d’outils (scripts, No Code, Agent IA, …) Assurer le support technique de niveau 1 et 2 auprès des utilisateurs internes, à distance et sur site, en garantissant qualité de service, réactivité et pédagogie. Prendre en charge les incidents et demandes liés aux postes de travail, accès, outils collaboratifs, équipements IT, réseau local et téléphonie. Accompagner les collaborateurs lors des onboarding, mouvements internes et offboarding, afin d’assurer une mise à disposition fluide des outils et équipements. Sensibiliser et former les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques IT, cybersécurité et à l’usage efficace des outils internes, notamment en rédigeant et maintenant la documentation technique. Gérer le parc informatique (ordinateurs, périphériques, licences) ainsi que les outils collaboratifs (Microsoft 365, Google, etc) et le parc de téléphonie : suivi, renouvellement, standardisation et optimisation des achats, support. Piloter des projets d’évolution IT (migration, virtualisation, automatisation, certifications). Votre profil : Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique, réseaux, systèmes, cybersécurité ou équivalent. 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en administration systèmes et réseaux, idéalement en start-up/PME et multi-sites Maîtrise de Google workspace, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Cisco. Expérience confirmée en gestion de parc matériel et téléphonie, et appétence pour l'optimisation financière. Connaissances en cybersécurité et bonnes pratiques ITIL. Esprit d’analyse, rigueur et sens du service. Excellent relationnel et pédagogie auprès des utilisateurs internes: =>  Expérience ou forte appétence pour le support utilisateur interne, avec une approche orientée service, résolution de problèmes et satisfaction des collaborateurs.
