This "white glove" approach reduces the administrative burden and risk for clients. - **Proven Cost Savings**: Companies save an average of 30% annually compared to traditional allowances and company cars, while also decreasing reimbursement overclaims by 25%. - **High Customer Satisfaction**: A 95% customer satisfaction rate indicates strong product-market fit and client retention. ## Strategic Focus - **Product Expansion**: Using the 2023 $100M investment to expand the product suite, as seen with the launch of Cardata Intelligence. - **Geographic Growth**: Expanding across North America, with a growing presence in the United States (Phoenix) from its Canadian roots (Toronto). - **Platform Modernization**: Continued investment in the mobile app and AI-native features (evidenced by a job posting for a Senior Mobile Engineer with AI-native experience). - **Targeting Larger Enterprises**: The "Fortune 500" mention in their client list suggests a focus on upmarket enterprise sales. ## Why Work Here - **Impact & Autonomy**: The company describes itself as a "small but mighty team" where employees can make an "outsized impact." This suggests a high level of ownership and responsibility, with less bureaucracy than a large corporation. - **Remote-First Culture**: All current job postings (Senior Fullstack Engineer, Senior Mobile Engineer, Senior Product Manager, Manager of Business Development) are listed as **Canada - Remote**, indicating a strong remote-first or remote-friendly policy. - **Growth Trajectory**: With significant recent funding, rapid headcount growth (+15.9% YoY), and a clear product roadmap, the company is in a growth phase, offering strong career progression opportunities. - **Technical Environment**: The engineering team is building modern, AI-native mobile and full-stack applications.
