We are building a modern, technology-driven bank and are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to keep our people and equipment running smoothly. ## About the Role You will own the day-to-day IT operations of our Tbilisi office: buying the right equipment, setting up accounts for new joiners, and making sure every device works as it should. ## Key Responsibilities - Manage IT procurement: source, compare, and order hardware, software, and licenses in line with budget and internal policies. - Handle account setup and offboarding: create, configure, and remove user accounts, access rights, and devices for employees. - Maintain hardware: set up, troubleshoot, repair, and track laptops, monitors, printers, phones, and other office equipment. - Keep an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and licenses. - Provide first-line IT support to colleagues and escalate issues to vendors when needed. - Work with Security and other teams to make sure IT processes follow banking standards. ## Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT support, or a similar role. - Fluent English, written and spoken.
