This role blends deep infrastructure expertise with strong people leadership, emotional intelligence, and a continuous-improvement approach. The ideal candidate is resilient, empathetic, and outcome-driven—someone who can balance operational excellence with long-term architectural thinking while building trust across IT and the business. ## The Role The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the infrastructure team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and owning infrastructure design and architecture across Re:Build. This role ensures systems are secure, available, scalable, and performant, while continuously improving the way infrastructure services are delivered. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, IT peers, and vendors to solve today’s infrastructure challenges and design solutions that support future growth. What you get to do! Candidates must be local to the Commerce City, CO area or willing to relocate. Compensation Structure: The base salary range for this position is $113,000 – $169,000 per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
