Du arbeitest in Vollzeit am Standort Bielefeld mit tageweisem Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Du setzt IT-Projekte im Umfeld von Empolis Industrial Knowledge um und gestaltest diese von der Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Akquisition bis zum Go-Live. Du bereitest Kundentermine und Präsentationen vor, planst Projekte ganzheitlich und steuerst interne Projektteams. Dabei kommunizierst Du proaktiv, klar und auf Augenhöhe mit Kunden und Stakeholdern und behältst Risiken, Eskalationen, Changes und Budget jederzeit im Griff.

- Projektmanagement: Du planst und steuerst IT-Projekte eigenverantwortlich über alle Phasen hinweg und sorgst für eine termingerechte Umsetzung im vereinbarten Rahmen.
- Einführung: Du implementierst Cloud Application EMP Industrial Knowledge beim Kunden und richtest Datenquellen, Suchlogiken sowie Metadatenstrukturen passgenau aus.
- Akquisition: Gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb unterstützt Du den Presales-Prozess, bereitest Kundentermine vor und strukturierst Anforderungen.
- Kommunikation: Als zentrale Schnittstelle moderierst Du Abstimmungen mit Kunden, Fachbereichen und internen Teams klar, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert.
- Projektkontrolle: Du verantwortest Risiko- und Changemanagement, behältst Budget und Ressourcen im Blick und organisierst Go-Live sowie Übergabe.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder VWL mit IT-Schwerpunkt, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung im IT-Beratungsumfeld sowie in der Umsetzung kundenorientierter IT-Projekte, idealerweise im Bereich von Knowledge- oder Content-Management-Lösungen
- Fachkenntnisse:  Kenntnisse in Projektplanung, Angebotskalkulation sowie Budget- und Ressourcensteuerung, Erfahrung mit etablierten Projektmanagement-Methoden, Cloud-Anwendungen und erstes Entwicklungs-Know-how
- Persönlichkeit: Kommunikationsstark, strukturiert und entscheidungsstark, moderations- und verhandlungssicher, zuverlässig, ausgeprägte Kunden- und Menschenorientierung, vertriebsaffinität
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
