## The role

B2Spin is looking for an IT Support & Asset Specialist to keep our global team connected, productive, and equipped. You'll be the go-to problem-solver for day-to-day technical needs while taking ownership of our hardware and software assets from procurement through to retirement. If you're a confident IT support professional ready to broaden your scope into asset management, we'll give you the mentorship and hands-on experience to grow into it.

## What you'll do

- Deliver responsive onsite and remote technical support — diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues so the team stays focused on building great products.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, and run user training to help teammates get the most from their tools.
- Own the full lifecycle of IT assets — from onboarding assignment through to secure, compliant disposal — keeping inventory records accurate and up to date.
- Drive the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing quotes, managing vendor relationships, and processing purchase orders efficiently.
- Conduct regular asset audits covering hardware, software licences, and maintenance contracts, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Document and track every support case through to resolution, building a knowledge base that makes the whole team more self-sufficient.

## What we're looking for

- Hands-on background in IT support, helpdesk, or a comparable technical role — comfortable working independently and at pace.
- Solid working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows and macOS), and common business software.
- Sharp troubleshooting instincts with a methodical approach to diagnosing problems under pressure.
- Strong communicator who can translate technical issues into plain language for non-technical colleagues.
- Highly organised, with a track record of juggling priorities without letting details fall through the gaps.
- Able to be in the office four days a week.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with ITAM concepts, basic procurement processes, networking fundamentals, or command-line scripting (Bash or PowerShell).
