Primary Responsibilities - Perform workstation backups and prepare devices for Windows 11 upgrades. - Install and complete Windows 11 upgrades on employee desktops and laptops. - Install and update required hardware drivers. - Reinstall and configure business applications following upgrades. - Test upgraded devices to ensure hardware, applications, and peripherals function properly. - Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, operating system, driver, and application issues. - Provide hands-on end-user support throughout the upgrade process. - Document completed upgrades and escalate more complex technical issues as needed.
