## Job description

Unser zentrales IT-Team in Deutschland verlässt sich vollständig darauf, dass du das Tagesgeschäft an unserem Standort Zürich mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden am Laufen hältst – ohne dass es selbst eingreifen muss. Du bist IT Champion vor Ort und deckst M365-verbundene Windows- und Mac-Geräte, AD-integrierte Linux-Clients, Peripheriegeräte, Drucker und die lokale Netzwerk-Infrastruktur ab. Wenn tieferes Fachwissen gefragt ist, steht dir unser gut aufgestelltes IT-Team in Riederich mit 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support zur Seite – aber für das Tagesgeschäft bist du die zentrale Figur, auf die sich alle verlassen: Du erkennst Probleme früh, löst was du kannst, und eskalierst den Rest mit dem nötigen Kontext.

## DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Zentrale Anlaufstelle: Sei die Person, an die sich alle bei IT-Themen am Standort Zürich wenden – nahbar, sichtbar und schnell zur Stelle, wenn etwas ausfällt.
- Windows, Mac & M365: Halte M365-verbundene Windows- und Mac-Geräte am Laufen – Provisionierung, grundlegende Intune-/Entra-ID-Aufgaben, Updates und alltägliches Troubleshooting.
- Linux: Betreue AD-integrierte Linux-Geräte, von Domänen- und Zugriffsthemen bis zur Basisdiagnose.
- Peripheriegeräte & Drucker: Richte Peripheriegeräte und Drucker ein, warte sie und behebe Störungen.
- Lokales Netzwerk: Überwache und analysiere das Unternehmensnetzwerk vor Ort – Konnektivität, WLAN und Switch-Ebene – und erkenne, wann ein Thema spezialisiertes Wissen braucht.
- Kluges Eskalieren: Entscheide sicher, was du selbst löst und was in den 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support beim zentralen Team in Riederich gehört – und übergebe es mit dem nötigen Kontext.
- Geräte- & Nutzer-Lifecycle: Übernimm Onboarding und Offboarding vor Ort, halte Geräte einsatzbereit und pflege genaue Bestandsdaten.
- Abstimmung mit Dienstleistern: Stimme dich mit lokalen Dienstleistern zu Hardware, Netzwerktechnik und Druckerwartung ab.
- Prozesse & Dokumentation: Folge den zentralen IT-Prozessen, statt eigene Insellösungen aufzubauen, und dokumentiere wiederkehrende Themen, damit Riederich Muster erkennen kann.

## WAS WIR UNS VON DIR WÜNSCHEN

- Abgeschlossene Lehre als Informatiker/in EFZ, idealerweise mit Fachrichtung Systemtechnik, oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation, oder ein Bachelorabschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fach (FH oder Universität).
- Mehrjährige, generalistische IT-Support-Erfahrung mit Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 und Linux-Umgebungen.
- Praktische Kenntnisse in Microsoft Entra ID und M365-Administration (Nutzer, Gruppen, MFA, Lizenzierung).
- Erfahrung mit AD-integrierten Linux-Clients.
- Sicherheit im Troubleshooting lokaler Netzwerkthemen – Konnektivität, WLAN und grundlegende Switch-Konfiguration.
- Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du bist es gewohnt, die einzige IT-Person vor Ort zu sein, und weißt, wie du Prioritäten setzt.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2).
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen an den Hauptsitz in Riederich für Onboarding, Abstimmung oder Team-Events.
