Wir übernehmen deutschlandweit Hausverwaltungen und machen sie digital. In den vergangenen drei Jahren sind wir mit rund 25 Vollzeitmitarbeitern in Berlin zur zweitgrößten Hausverwaltung Deutschlands geworden. Über die Rolle Wir suchen einen Systemadministrator (m/f/d), der unsere IT verantwortet und sie mit unserem Wachstum mitentwickelt. Jede Hausverwaltung, die wir übernehmen, bringt neue Mitarbeitende, Geräte und Standorte mit. Damit das funktioniert, braucht es eine einheitliche und sichere IT, vom ersten Arbeitstag bis zum Austritt. Bei uns übernimmst du vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung. Du startest mit der IT unserer Zentrale. Mittelfristig wächst dein Bereich auf unsere Hausverwaltungen mit über 500 Mitarbeitenden in ganz Deutschland. Du baust Abläufe auf, statt nur Anfragen abzuarbeiten, und entscheidest mit, wie unsere IT aussieht. Du berichtest direkt an unseren Head of Product und bist erster Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Fragen in unserer Zentrale in Berlin. Verantwortlichkeiten Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere IT in Berlin rund läuft. Mittelfristig begleitest du auch die IT-Einbindung neu übernommener Hausverwaltungen. Das machst du gemeinsam mit unserem externen IT-Partner, damit jeder Standort unserem Standard entspricht. - Du verwaltest unseren Google Workspace: Nutzer, Gruppen, Rechte, Lizenzen und Sicherheitseinstellungen wie die Zwei-Faktor-Anmeldung. - Du richtest neue Mitarbeitende mit Konten, Laptops und Handys ein. Beim Austritt entziehst du Zugänge, sicherst Daten und nimmst Geräte zurück. - Du verwaltest alle Geräte in NinjaOne, Apple-Geräte zusätzlich über den Apple Business Manager. - Du betreust unser UniFi-Netzwerk im Büro und hilfst Kolleginnen und Kollegen vor Ort. - Du vereinheitlichst diese Abläufe und dokumentierst sie sauber. Du passt, wenn Du - vor Ort in unserem Büro in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) arbeiten willst. - sehr gut Deutsch und gut Englisch sprichst. - eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation hast. Einschlägige Praxiserfahrung zählt genauso. - mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Google Workspace mitbringst. - NinjaOne oder vergleichbare Software wie Jamf oder Intune kennst. - dich mit macOS, iOS und dem Apple Business Manager auskennst. - Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik hast, idealerweise mit UniFi.
