Our growth is driving us to strengthen our IT Support team to handle increasing operational demands and improve the efficiency of our internal support services.

Your mission will be to support daily IT operations and assist with hardware preparation and user support in order to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment for all Scaleway teams.

## YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will be part of a team of 3 people, working closely together on daily support tasks, onboarding/offboarding processes, and workstation management. The team is organized with members dedicated to support tickets and user assistance, as well as workstation and hardware management. You will collaborate with all internal teams and contribute to ongoing projects such as office setup and IT infrastructure deployment across our Paris locations. ## YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Tasks ● Prepare and configure new computers (PC & Mac) for employees ● Refurbish and maintain existing hardware and equipment ● Respond to IT support tickets via Helpdesk tools (Jira, etc.) ● Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes ● Support the installation of new office spaces (screens, network, meeting rooms) ● Help manage and track IT equipment and inventory ● Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams ● Contribute to improving Helpdesk processes and efficiency

## ABOUT YOU

## HARDSKILLS :

● Currently studying in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (post-bac or higher) ● First experience or strong interest in IT support or hardware maintenance ● Basic knowledge of computer setup and troubleshooting (PC & Mac) ● Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira or Helpdesk systems is a plus ● Interest in IT operations and user support environments

## SOFTSKILLS :

● Autonomy and ability to take initiative ● Strong curiosity and willingness to learn ● Rigor and attention to detail ● Hands-on mindset with a problem-solving approach ● Motivation and interest in IT support roles
