Drafted.gg es un organizador internacional de torneos y proveedor de contenido 24/7 especializado en esports. Como parte de la expansión de nuestro estudio en Lima, buscamos jugadores de Dota 2 apasionados, competitivos y comprometidos que quieran formar parte de un entorno profesional donde el trabajo en equipo y la mejora continua marcan la diferencia.

Tu posición en el equipo Como jugador competitivo de Dota 2 formarás parte de la operación diaria de Drafted.gg, participando en partidas organizadas por la compañía y colaborando con el Team Lead y el equipo de referees para garantizar los más altos estándares de calidad en cada encuentro.

¿Qué harás?

- Competir en todas las partidas asignadas con el máximo compromiso, manteniendo un rendimiento consistente y un juego limpio.

- Participar en partidas programadas siguiendo los procedimientos operativos establecidos.

- Preparar tu estación de juego y configuración antes del inicio de cada sesión.

- Adaptarte rápidamente a los cambios del meta y nuevas versiones del juego.

- Mantener una comunicación clara y profesional con el Team Lead y el equipo de referees durante cada jornada.

- Participar activamente en sesiones de feedback y mejora continua junto al Team Lead.

- Cumplir estrictamente las políticas de integridad, confidencialidad y estándares operativos de Drafted.gg.

- Cuidar los equipos, periféricos y el espacio de trabajo asignado, manteniendo el orden al finalizar cada jornada.

- Reportar oportunamente cualquier incidencia técnica u operativa.

Requisitos:

- MMR de 6,000 o superior (no excluyente).

- Excelente conocimiento de Dota 2 y del meta competitivo.

- Dominio de múltiples héroes y línea mid.

- Mentalidad competitiva, actitud profesional y disposición para aprender continuamente.

- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y recibir feedback.

- Puntualidad, compromiso, integridad y responsabilidad.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos y de manera presencial en San Isidro, Lima, Perú.

Será un plus si cuentas con:

- Experiencia compitiendo en equipos amateur o profesionales como jugador de Mid (no excluyente).

- Participación en torneos competitivos.

- Conocimiento del ecosistema profesional de Dota 2.
