This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build experience in software development, systems integration, and legal technology solutions. The Junior Developer will work alongside senior developers, consultants, project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to support the development, customization, integration, and maintenance of financial and practice management solutions for law firm clients, with a primary focus on Elite 3E and related legal technology platforms. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Solution Development & Support - Assist with the development, customization, testing, and support of solutions within Elite 3E and related platforms. - Support the creation and maintenance of workflows, business processes, interfaces, and automation solutions. - Write, test, and troubleshoot code under the guidance of senior developers. - Participate in debugging and issue resolution activities. - Assist with application deployments and software updates.
