Die Position:

Wir suchen eine/n zuverlässige/n und detailorientierte/n (Junior) Fund Reporting Manager/in (m/w/d) für unser Finance Team. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt im Fondsreporting: Kapitalabrufe und Ausschüttungen, Quartalsberichte sowie Ad-hoc-Anfragen unserer Investoren. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit dem Investment- und Management Team zusammen und trägst zur Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse bei. Zum Kern deiner Rolle gehört außerdem die Pflege und Qualitätssicherung unseres Datenfundaments im Fondsverwaltungssystem Quantium – die Grundlage für zunehmend automatisierte und KI-gestützte Auswertungen. Ergänzend unterstützt du das Team in vier angrenzenden Bereichen: ESG, Investor Relations, Investorenonboarding (KYC) sowie Portfolio Monitoring.

Sei verantwortlich für:

Dein Schwerpunkt – Fondsreporting:

- Erstellung der internen und externen Berichterstattung
- Beantwortung von Ad-hoc-Investorenanfragen inklusive Analyse großer Datenmengen
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Kapitalabruf- und Ausschüttungsmitteilungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Investment Team
- Pflege und Qualitätssicherung der Daten in unserem Fondsverwaltungssystem Quantium – als Basis für automatisierte und KI-gestützte Auswertungen

Ergänzend unterstützt du in angrenzenden Bereichen:

- ESG: Unterstützung bei Due-Diligence-Prüfungen, Datenkonsolidierung und jährlicher Richtlinienpflege bei unseren Portfoliounternehmen
- Audit: Unterstützung der Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Investor Relations: Unterstützung bei Investorenanfragen und Aufbereitung von Investorenunterlagen
- KYC & Compliance: Dokumentenprüfung und Unterstützung im Onboarding neuer Investoren
- Portfolio Monitoring: Unterstützung bei der Erfassung und Aufbereitung von KPIs und Performance-Daten unserer Portfoliounternehmen

Dein Profil

- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung (bis zu zwei Jahre) in Bereichen wie Finance, Fund Administration, Audit oder Compliance
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie sichere Koordination mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Starke Affinität zu Zahlen und Detailgenauigkeit bei der Dokumentation und Berichterstattung
- Sicherer Umgang mit strukturierten Daten und Tabellenkalkulationen (insbesondere Excel) sowie Interesse an Automatisierung und KI-gestützten Auswertungen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Buchführung (insbesondere HGB) und ein Grundverständnis deutscher Steuervorschriften sind hilfreich, aber nicht erforderlich
- Vertrautheit mit ESG-Konzepten ist ein Plus
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
