- wsparcie departamentu prawnego spółki akcyjnej w bieżących zadaniach;
- pomoc w opracowywaniu i opiniowaniu projektów pism, regulaminów i innych aktów wewnętrznych spółki akcyjnej oraz innych spółek z Grupy, a także dokumentacji z obszaru zatrudnienia;
- bieżące monitorowanie zmian w przepisach prawa dotyczących działalności spółek z Grupy;
- wsparcie przy obsłudze korporacyjnej spółek w Grupie oraz budowie corporate governance Grupy, a także przy obsłudze prawnej spółek Grupy w obszarze zatrudnienia.

Wymagane Doświadczenie:

- ukończony co najmniej trzeci rok studiów prawniczych (dodatkowym atutem będzie status aplikanta pierwszego roku aplikacji adwokackieją bądź radcowskiej);
- min. 1 rok doświadczenia w merytorycznej pracy w dziale prawnym spółki lub w kancelarii prawnej zajmującej się obsługą podmiotów gospodarczych lub doradztwem prawnym w obszarze zatrudnienia - warunek konieczny;
- bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację oraz opracowywanie dokumentacji prawnej) – warunek konieczny;
- znajomość dodatkowego języka obcego będzie atutem;
- praktyczna znajomość prawa cywilnego ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem prawa spółek handlowych lub prawa obszaru zatrudnienia;
- bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office;
- dokładność, zaangażowanie, samodzielność w realizacji powierzonych zadań.
