Zakres obowiązków:

- zapewnienie prawidłowego działania urządzeń w salach konferencyjnych, usuwania bieżących awarii oraz wdrażania nowych rozwiązań,
- zapewnienie zaplecza technicznego wideokonferencji,
- wspieranie lokalnych użytkowników w zakresie sprzętu komputerowego,
- widencja i organizowanie zakupów drobnego sprzętu komputerowego (np. myszki, słuchawki itp.),
- wykonywanie drobnych napraw serwisowych,
- dbałość o poprawne działanie sprzętu komputerowego oraz infrastruktury sieciowej,
- organizowanie krajowych i zagranicznych podróży służbowych,
- weryfikowanie poprawności rozliczeń delegacji,
- dbanie o właściwy obieg dokumentów.

Your profile:

- doświadczenie w obszarze wsparcia technicznego, administracji biurowej, organizacji podróży służbowych lub na podobnym stanowisku,
- odstawowa wiedza z zakresu sprzętu komputerowego, urządzeń peryferyjnych i infrastruktury sieciowej,
- umiejętność diagnozowania i rozwiązywania podstawowych problemów technicznych,
- swoboda w obsłudze narzędzi do wideokonferencji oraz sprzętu znajdującego się w salach konferencyjnych,
- bardzo dobra organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność prowadzenia kilku zadań jednocześnie,
- dokładność i skrupulatność w pracy z dokumentami, fakturami oraz rozliczeniami,
- umiejętność reagowania na pilne i nieprzewidziane sytuacje,
- komunikatywność, samodzielność i proaktywne podejście do powierzonych zadań,
- dobra znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office,
- znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca kontakt z zagranicznymi dostawcami oraz organizację podróży międzynarodowych,
- mile widziana znajomość systemów rezerwacyjnych, narzędzi do obsługi zgłoszeń IT lub systemów do rozliczania delegacji.
